In February of 2021, ACO NextGen celebrated Heritage Week by offering its annual Job Shadow program for students and emerging professionals. 

We would like to express our gratitude to all of this year’s Job Shadow Hosts. Despite the challenges and uncertainty brought on by the pandemic, these organizations welcomed students or emerging professionals into their virtual workplaces this month, providing valuable connections and exposure to a wide variety of positions within the heritage sector.
