2025 NextGen Job Shadow Wrap-Up
Every February, ACO’s NextGen team celebrates Heritage Week by launching its annual Job Shadow Program. Our 2025 NextGen Job Shadow has been a success with 34 participants matched with 15 hosts!

The ACO NextGen Blog is a place for emerging professionals and students to share written work about their architectural heritage and conservation interests and expertise. Get your work published, add to your CV and gain valuable professional writing skills!
Additionally, please give our new ACO NextGen specific Instagram (@ACONextGen) a follow! The ACO NextGen Instagram will follow a more casual format. You could share a post about your favourite building, a day at your job, or maybe a project at school!
